Recently DEI Programs have been banned from government & military budgets causing national protests. Homeownership for Blacks hasn't improved in 50yrs; banks were fined & ordered to pay billion for mortgage loans. Blacks don't trust banks. Debit card companies want to grow share among Blacks.

The EmanSpirations Debit Card (EDC) symbollically from the Proclamation, is an "industry disrupting idea" to help build trust among Black consumers. It will act as a tribute for contributions by African Americans to establish our democracy; and help create trial & brand loyalty for EDC Licensee(s).
