The days after Christmas until New Years Day, merchants offer discounts on their products or services to accrue revenue from existing merchandise. EDC cardholders that shop at our licensed banks online merchants accounts on Jan 1st will receive additional discounts on Holiday Sale items for EmanSpirations ™ Day. Our ad campaign will position the promotion as a demonstration of support for the ACLU and the Frederick Douglass Family initiative.

Moving forward every New Years' Day, which the Emancipation Proclamation was enacted, henceforth will be known as EmanSpirations ™ Day to “Liberate Your Aspirations..!” sponsored by EDC.
